  • Conducting performance review interview.
  • Selecting a first-line manager for a specific position.
  • Plan the coaching process of a first-line manager.
  • Coaching of selected first-line managers.
  • Monitoring and measuring the results of coaching sessions.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the concepts and components of knowledge management.
  • Analyse a unit according to the entity’s knowledge management policies and procedures.
  • Develop a knowledge management implementation plan for a unit.

Delivery Method & Language

The programme is facilitated in English by a competent subject matter specialist/s, who utilises the following techniques to ensure that the session is practical and experiential: Lecture, Exercises, Discussion, Role Plays, Case Studies, PowerPoint Presentation, Videos, Simulations, and Learner Assessment. Study Methods include workshop training, blended online learning and in-house/on-site training.

Systems & Processes Certification

  • Upon successful completion, the learner will receive a Letter of Competence.
  • Upon verified Competence, the learner will receive a Certificate of Competence as well as a Statement of Results issued by Services SETA.

Accreditation

The Way Forward
