LEDISA Academy developed a series of soft skills training courses covering core issues.  All our soft skills training courses are NQF Aligned non-credit bearing courses.  This soft skills courses are categorised for you in nine easy to browse categories, Management & Supervision, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Personal Development, Administrative Skills, Career Development, Operations, Finance and Workplace Essentials. Once you have successfully completed any one of these short skill courses, you have the key skills necessary for success in business and you will be able to apply a range of skills that will be an asset to any company. The soft skills training courses cover the critical aspects of the topic in an interesting and interactive manner.  You are not overburdened with excessive theory – you get practical, relevant knowledge and skills that you can immediately apply. All the courses are presented in our e-Learning Study Centre by way of online studies. As an alternative to a online course, programmes can be provided through an On-demand Service or In-house Training.
